All eyes will be on the 19th African Union Summit on the July 16th, 2012 (Monday), which is under-way in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. It is speculated that either South Africa’s Home Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma or Gabonese Diplomat Jean Ping will be chosen to lead the bloc.
