Online business directory startup DirectoryM has announced a content license partnership with John Wiley & Sons Inc., which publishes the “For Dummies” series of books.
As part of the deal Cambridge, Mass.-based DirectoryM will publish content from the John Wiley & Sons (Nasdaq: JWa and JWb) series of how-to books on its local online content platforms for businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
DirectoryM, which was launched in 2002, has more than 200 regional sites, the company said in a news release Tuesday.
