The integrated platform forms the backbone of Sagari’s operation, enabling the company to efficiently and remotely monitor, manage and maintain all customer IT systems from one location. Using Kaseya, Sagari is resolving 94 per cent of all IT problems remotely and is on track to grow its customer base by 75 per cent over the next six months.
Sagari launched in 2008 to meet growing demand from small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for fully managed, proactive and cost-effective IT services. By adopting the Kaseya IT Automation Platform from the outset, Sagari has built its business around offering proactive managed services and support, avoiding the traditional yet inefficient “break/fix” model used by many service providers.
